We had a great August meeting at Cleveland Park and also enjoyed socializing afterwards.
We will follow much the same format for the upcoming meeting on the 20th of Sept. Because
our format is "hands-on" be thinking of an issue of vital importance you would like insights into or a guest you could invite who has a organizational issue he or she wants help with.
Here is our elevator speech:
Do you have a challenging client or a client with a challenging situation? Are you are looking for insights on how to best deal with the current issues in your work? Do you need to choose from a range of options? Do you have to make a critical decision that impacts the future of your company or your career? If any of the above questions are true, you may find the Organizational Constellation process to be particularly useful. Come join the practice and support SIG on OC. Come as a guest to work on your professional issue or business challenge or come as an OD consultant interested in learning more about this new, cutting edge tool. The first part of the meeting we will do one or two demonstration constellations, the second part we will work with the current business or professional challenges participants bring to the group.
Just a quick reminder the conference for OC will be near Mexico City Oct 19-25, 2008
